La villa completamente immersa nel verde delle colline, ma a meno di due km dal Lago, mette a disposizione degli ospiti tre camere da letto accoglienti ,arredate secondo tre temi differenti.

Al piano superiore si trovano due camere matrimoniali, la prima romantica sui toni del rosa, ha un balconcino privato, la seconda è una camera luminosa dai colori tenui e rilassanti con vista sul giardino e sulla valle circostante.

Inoltre su questo piano si trova un bagno con doccia e la sala da pranzo con cucina.

La cucina è nuova ed è dotata di lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè americano e tostapane.

La sala da pranzo da un lato ha un balcone che si affaccia sul giardino e dall'altra un intimo porticato circondato da alberi secolari. Inoltre entrambe le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata.

Al piano inferiore si può accedere sia dall'esterno che dall'interno attraverso una scala a chiocciola.

Qui si trova una camera matrimoniale con bagno e doccia e un salottino con televisione, il quale si affaccia su un portico immerso nel verde giardino.

In questo piano sarà inoltre possibile aggiungere su richiesta una culletta o un lettino da campeggio.

Tutta la casa è dotata di servizio wi-fi gratuito.

Il giardino è perfettamente recintato e le automobili possono essere tranquillamente parcheggiate al suo interno.

I cani non troppo biricchini sono i benvenuti, inoltre d'estate sarà possibile vedere in giro per il giardino una tartaruga d'acqua alla quale piace scappare dallo stagno.

Questo alloggio è ideale sia nei mesi invernali, perchè è una casa molto accogliente, che nei mesi estivi in quanto la sua posizione permette di non soffrire il caldo, infatti ci troviamo in una zona abbastanza ventilata.

The villa is completely immersed in the green hills, but less than two kilometers from the lake, it offers its guests three cozy bedrooms, furnished according to three different themes. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, the romantic in shades of pink has a private balcony, the second is a bright room with soft colors and relaxing overlooking the garden and the surrounding valley. Furthermore both are equipped with air conditioning.

Also on this floor there is a bathroom with shower and the dining room with kitchen. The kitchen is new and is equipped with a dishwasher, an espresso machine, an American coffee machine . The dining room on one side has a balcony overlooking the garden and on the other an intimate portico surrounded by old trees.

Downstairs you can access both from outside and from inside through a spiral staircase. Here there is a double bedroom with bathroom and shower and a sitting room with television, which overlooks a portico surrounded by a green garden. On this floor it will also be possible to add a cradle or a camping cot upon request.

The whole house and the garden are equipped with free wi-fi service.

The garden is perfectly fenced and cars can be safely parked inside.

Dogs of small size and not too naughty are welcome.Moreover in summer you can see around the garden a water turtle who likes to escape from the pond.

This accommodation is ideal both in the winter months because it is a very cozy house, or in the summer months because its position allows you not to suffer from the heat, in fact we are in a fairly ventilated area.

Die Villa liegt komplett in den grünen Hügeln, aber weniger als zwei Kilometer vom See entfernt, bietet sie ihren Gästen drei gemütliche Zimmer, die nach drei verschiedenen Themen eingerichtet sind.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, das romantische erste in Rosatönen hat einen privaten Balkon, das zweite ist ein helles Zimmer mit sanften Farben und entspannenden Blick auf den Garten und das umliegende Tal. Außerdem sind beide Zimmern mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Auf dieser Etage befindet sich auch ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und das Esszimmer mit Küche. Die Küche ist neu und ist mit einem Geschirrspüler, einer Espressomaschine, einer amerikanischen Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Das Esszimmer auf der einen Seite hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten und auf der anderen einen intimen Portikus, umgeben von alten Bäumen.

Im Erdgeschoss können Sie sowohl von außen als auch von innen über eine Wendeltreppe erreichen. Hier gibt es ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad und Dusche und ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, mit Blick auf einen Portico, der von einem grünen Garten umgeben ist. In diesem Plan ist es auch möglich, eine Wiege oder ein Campingbett auf Anfrage hinzuzufügen.

Das ganze Haus und der Garten sind mit kostenlosem W-Lan ausgestattet.

Der Garten ist perfekt eingezäunt und Autos können sicher innen geparkt werden.

Hunde sind willkommen. Im Sommer kann man um den Garten herum eine Wasserschildkröte sehen, die gerne aus dem Teich flieht.Diese Unterkunft ist ideal sowohl in den Wintermonaten, weil es ein sehr gemütliches Haus ist, das in den Sommermonaten, weil seine Position Ihnen erlaubt, nicht unter der Hitze zu leiden, tatsächlich sind wir in einem ziemlich belüfteten Bereich.
